We have a Project Management team dedicated to client service and to the delivery of our client needs via hands-on project management from the initial enquiry to on time and in full delivery of product or service.

Client Management

Our Project Managers are experienced pharmaceutical professionals committed to delivering your objectives by building strong relationships with you. From the initiation of the client relationship your dedicated Project Manager will take lead responsibility for meeting agreed goals.

Working closely with our business development and operational teams, your project manager will ensure the following:

  • Execution of a Confidentiality Agreement
  • Technical project evaluation
  • Completion of RFP or quotation
  • Finalising project plans, deliverables and project scheduling
  • Day-to-day Project Management including regular progress reporting and problem resolution
  • Project administration
  • Delivery of project objectives
  • Ongoing supply management
